We offer our support in three main areas:
Projects: We take on (partial) project management and are responsible for the conception, planning, and organization of your projects. Our expertise extends to efficient communication and reporting as well as the assumption of specific work packages. We use best practices and bring fresh perspectives from outside your organization to your projects.
Selective support: Our team offers targeted expert input and performs detailed analyses and concept development. We use proven methods, conduct interviews and research to support you exactly where you need it.
Workshop series: We moderate workshops ranging from introductory lectures to comprehensive group work. The conceptualization includes the preparation and consolidation of content to ensure that all participants can benefit to the maximum.
We use our systematic approach with the following elements to develop strategies, but we take your specific needs and goals into account when designing them and adapt the steps accordingly:
Defining vision and strategic goals: First, we formulate a clear vision that inspires and guides the company. Then, strategic goals are defined that are specific, measurable, attractive, realistic, and time-bound (SMART). These goals should take into account both short- and long-term aspects and involve the entire organization.
Analysis of framework conditions and requirements: The relevant market and competitive conditions, political and legal framework conditions, and social influences are examined. In addition, internal requirements such as customer wishes, employee interests, and stakeholder expectations are taken into account.
Identifying strategic success factors: Key factors for the success of the strategy, such as efficient processes, appropriate systems, suitable structures, necessary resources, and a supportive corporate culture, are identified and defined.
Developing and selecting strategies: Potential strategies are developed and evaluated using methods such as the Blue Ocean Strategy, the Business Model Canvas, and SWOT analysis. The goal may be to create new market opportunities and increase competitiveness.
Implementation planning with the balanced scorecard: The selected strategies are operationalized with the help of the balanced scorecard. This enables clear presentation and monitoring of the strategic goals and the associated key performance indicators.
Implementation and continuous evaluation: The strategy is introduced into the organization and anchored within it. This is followed by continuous monitoring and adjustment of the strategy based on performance and external changes to ensure that the strategic goals are achieved.

Analysis phase: First, we develop specific data models that are precisely tailored to the needs of the project. By analyzing existing processes and structures, we systematically identify potential for improvement. We use external benchmarks to uncover performance gaps and define precise targets. We also set clear and measurable goals to be achieved during the project and establish systems for continuous progress tracking.
Conceptualization: In this phase, we define specific optimization measures based on the results of the analysis phase. A detailed implementation plan is developed that provides for the step-by-step implementation of the defined measures. In addition, we derive the necessary IT requirements in order to make the technological adjustments necessary for the successful implementation of the measures.
Implementation: During the implementation phase, we also ensure that decision-making is based on solid foundations at all times through data preparation. Tight project management ensures that schedules are adhered to and resources are used effectively. Regular communication with all stakeholders promotes transparency and support. We continuously monitor the measures implemented to check their effectiveness and make adjustments if necessary. Our focus on teamwork enables us to develop and implement pragmatic and feasible solutions.
